In all cases the engagement commences with discussion and
agreement with the client on the scope of the exercise and
the approach to be taken. Based on the client's requirements
the engagement proceeds to define appropriate execution
tools, test scripts, monitoring tools and metrics. A report
is prepared providing analysis, detailed recommendations
and a management summary.
